You will need to notify your pension center of any changes to your banking information, either by mail or by filling out the special online form on retraitesdeletat.gouv.fr. You will also need to submit your new official banking details slip (“relevé d’identité bancaire”/ RIB).
Your “relevé d’identité bancaire” will need to show your name or that of your legal representative. If you are appointed a guardian or other protective measures apply, the relevant court order must also be submitted.

If your account information is changed automatically by your bank (e.g. following a reorganization), you will not need to report this as CNIEG is automatically notified by the banking network. Your fund will then update your information in order to make subsequent deposits to your new account.
You will need to allow for up to 1 month in processing time before your next pension and/or benefit payment is due.
